General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Do a urine pregnancy test to check whether you are pregnant or not. As of now, you can take analgesics like mefenamic acid for pain relief. This is just a non-specific symptom and does not indicates any disease condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
