I came off the pill after 2 week s on friday 4th of July to let period come before I went on holiday. There has been no period yet but I have been getting cramps on and off since the 23rd of june but no sign of bleeding. Recently started feeling lightheaded and sick also really tired all the time and feeling ache and pain in breats. What do you think is the cause of this ?
Hello, Thanks for letting us know your health concern. Withdrawal bleeding is seen 3-7 days after completion of the hormone treatment. If no response is seen even after 10 days, further evaluation is necessary. You will need a test for pregnancy and a sonogram of the pelvis preferably in the trans-vaginal route to clarify the situation. Your symptoms are not specific for pregnancy. Please see your health care provider for further assistance. Hope this helps.
