I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.

Sometimes you will have delayed periods due to stress or decreased hemoglobin levels. But I suggest you to have a repeated test after 1 week with early morning sample because sometimes you will get a false negative report. So, Please repeat the test and consult your OBGYN if your report is still negative. You may need ultrasonography scan for that.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
