Hi,
I understand your query. There are range of causes for delayed periods . first of them in child bearing age is pregnancy which has been repeatedly ruled out in your case by pregnancy tests.
The other causes for such problem are- sever anemia, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalance, PCOD, fibroid of uterus.
Taking a short course of pills in such condition will induce withdrawal bleeding- but that may temporary treatment.

I would advise for a detailed examination by gynecologist followed by investigations ( CBC, thyroid function tests, USG abdomen ) to find the cause then take specific treatment. This will give you permanent solution of the problem.
Thanks.
