Hello dear
Understand your concern
Pregnancy chance is very less as your tube is tied
But you can confirmed by Blood HCG or Abdominal USG.
Other causes are below:
Peri menopausal state, High level of stress, change in dietary habits, sudden Change in life style, Late ovulation, Excessive weight gain/loss, Drugs: Birth control pills, thyroid medication, Excessive tea and caffeine, Thyroid abnormality, Hormonal imbalance, PCOS, Endometriosis, Dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Also note that
Menstruation required co ordinate action of various hormone that secreted by ovary (estrogen and progesterone) and brain (FSH and LH).
If any above hormone is decreased or increased there is imbalance in menstruation.
So please do full hormonal profile : Estrogen, progestron, LH, FSH, HCG and thyroid hormone.
That help to diagnose hormonal imbalance.
Also do Follicle study, endometrial biopsy, USG and hysteroscopy.
Advice:
Relaxation exercise and musical therapy
Do regular walking and exercise.
Eat healthy diet with vitamin and iron supplements
Avoid excessive tea and caffeine
Maintain hygiene Wash your vagina with warm salt water 4-5 times in a day
Wear loose pure cotton inner wear
Keep the vagina clean (Not wet)

After confirmation you can take treatment according So please go ahead.

Hope this may help you
All the best.
Stay healthy.
