What Causes Delay In Periods And Red Stretched Veins On Body?

Sir/madam. My name is Sreekala.I had missed my period(15 days late).I have done home pregnency test and urine test in lab.But both were negative.In my leg ,red coloured stretch marks are shown.Veins are more visible all over the body.I feel more tired.Am I pregnent?please help me.

Hi Sreekala. I have gone through your question. I would suggest you to repeat a urine pregnancy test as sometimes it is a delayed conception, and it comes positive only after 2-3 weeks after last missed period date. Stretch marks and visible veins are usually appear late in the pregnancy. These symptoms also occur when there is hormonal disturbances in the body like excessive cortisone level. If your pregnancy test is negative, I will advise you to see a endocrinologist for proper investigations and management.
