What Causes Delay In Periods And Left-sided Abdominal Cramps?
So lately I ve missed my period I have had no sexual inter corsé so there is no possibility of being pregnant. I feel my stomach to be tender and when I press on it I feel nauseous. I have also massaged my stomach and I ve heard like gas noises as I massage up to down. I also get craps on my lower stomach especially to the left.

The symptoms may be due to severe gastritis. As a first line management you can take antacids like Pantoprazole or Omeprazole for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a gastroenterologist and get an ultrasound scan done.
