What Causes Delay In Periods After Removing Mirena?

I had mirena for 4 1/2 years. had it removed 62 days ago with no period yet. I have been charting temps on a fertility app and it said I ovulated around the 8th or 9th. today I spotted this morning thought maybe it was my period starting. but nothing since. cervix feels high soft and medium. I thought cervix was low firm and open during period. I have no pregnancy symptoms to date. cm has been creamy up until yesterday. now its quite dry. any insight if I should expect a period any time soon, a pregnancy or could it be side effects still from the mirena?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
Mirena is an IUD with hormones incorporated.incorporated. The reversal of fertility after removal of Mirena is 2-6 months.
Though tempreaure chart method to t ovulation is frequently used- it does have errors due climate/health,it can not be neglected.
About your observation about cervical position & feel in pregnancy, it may not be observed so early.
Blood HCG testing would detect pregnancy earliest. get it done in next
4-5 days.
