What Causes Delay In Period,cramps And Headache?

I was suppose to be on my periods on Friday last week and the is nothing showing and I suddenly have cramps like periods pains and a headache? What could be the cause of this I don't have any issues with my breast. I did a pregnancy test early morning of Sunday and it came out negative..

Hi,

You might be having irregularities in your periods and there might also be hormonal irregularities. I would suggest a thyroid profile test and prolactin test , wait for 1 weeks for periods to occur. If periods doesn't occur by one week and your pregnancy test comes negative start medroxyprogesterone tablet for 5 days, start pantoprazole and antispasmodic drotaverine for cramping pain.
