What Causes Delay In Period?
I am 12 days late for my period.. I have had a period every month on the same day. I also have the Mirena.. It hurts when I have intercourse. But this month no period at all. I have taken a pregnancy test but it came back with a faint negative. Could I be pregnant

Hi, I think you can wait for one more week . If still you don't have the periods, then do a pregnancy test again. If negative, you can take some medicines for getting your periods. It can happen due to side effect of mirena. Pregnancy is very unlikely if you are using mirena. Hope I have answered your question.
