What Causes Delay In Period?

I have PCOS and currently bv that I am being treated for and my menstrual cycle is late by a few days I am certain I am not pregnant or miscarriaged but I have symptoms of my cycle being on but there is white tissue with little spots of blood like a period without blood what could this be and should I go to the Dr. (Also I had just been to my ob 3days ago and everything was normal

Do urine pregnancy test if it’s negative this is your periods. Advice you for weight reduction. Do serum TSH and serum prolactin as well.
