What Causes Delay In Menstruation?

Hi I am 21yrs old. I had an unprotected sex with my bf on 11th sept while my periods were due on 12th. I had taken cycloreg tablet in the night tht day. I had a history of missed periods last months gynae prescibed me cycloreg for 5 days. After 2 days of that act I had taken cycloreg for 5 days but still I didnt get my periods its almost 5 days I stopped having it. Plz help me

Hi there,
Welcome to HCM,
You need to first confirm if you are pregnant or not, for this do the urine pregnancy test. If its negative you should wait for another week for your periods to come. Sometimes their could be delays after stopping cycloreg for the period to begin.
If you do not get your period even after 1 week, you will have to repeat the pregnancy test and if still negative start the Tab Duphaston 10mg 3 times day for 5 days. This may result in period to begin in 5 days after discontinuing it .
