What Causes Delay In Menstruation Other Than Pregnancy?

Hi I just wanted to ask that I missed my periods nd doctor consulted me to take this medicine nd I also checked the pregnancy bt I m not pregnant...so I m taking this medicine for 3 days bt I didn t bleed yet... So when will I get my periods? Is there any cause of missed pregnancy except pregnancy?

HELLO DEAR,
I understand your concern , dear there are many causes of missed period other than pregnancy such as stress, any environment changes, polycystic ovarian disease , tuberclosis , hyperprolactenemia etc. Most likely you will be taking progesterone you can take this medicine for 5days then wait for 5 to 7 days for withdrawl bleed that is menses, if you didn't get then you can take oestrogen and progesterone combination with consultation of your doctor if you still didn't get bleeding then you need investigation to rule out causes.
