What Causes Dehydration With A Fluctuating Blood Pressure?

I had severe dehydration on Monday. Spent night in the hospital they ran brain scan just x-rays and blood test.. . They put me on IVs and all tests were normal. Today I was in the heat again for eight hours. I am a little lightheaded and my blood pressure is 190/90. It was higher but it s gone down slightly in the last hour.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of severe dehydration on Monday, spent the night in the hospital doing brain scan, X-ray and blood tests, got the intravenous fluids and the tests were normal.
You were in the heat again today for 8 hours, got light headed, the blood pressure is 190/90 which was higher.
I think your have taken electrolyte solution in excess causing the upper meaning the systolic pressure to rise and exposure to the heat causing the imbalance of fluid and electrolytes.
I would advise you to get your serum electrolytes done and drink plenty of water orally.
Consult a Doctor to get a general examination done.
Take rest and avoid exposure to the heat as you are not getting adapted at the moment.
