What Causes Dark Green And Feeling Of Anxiety And Fatigue?
Hello for the past week I have had dark green stool coupled with a constant anxious feeling and fatigue. I have also been experiencing random cramping. about two weeks ago i want on a boating trip in a lake and ended up swallowing quite a bit of water; I fear that this may have something to do with my symptoms. I also swam in a rock quarry yesterday and the anxious feeling has gotten even worst since so much so that I feels awful when I eat. I am not sure what to do; cold water provides temporary relief.

The swallowing of the lake must have caused intestinal infection giving green stool which in turn gives fatigue, not feeling well, malaise, cramping and so on. Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation: Send the stool for tests. Get blood tested for CBC and Widal, blood sugar, liver and kidney functions. Get a course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotics and supportive management. Also see that you take homemade foods only, boiled and cooled water. Plenty of oral fluids to maintain the hydration. Multivitamins help early recovery from symptoms.
