General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome!!
It seems it is upper gastro-entestinal bleeding due to gastric/duodenal/esophageal ulcer caused by beer/alcohol. Vomiting blood is a common symptom that may indicate bleeding in the upper GI tract. Dark brown color of vomiting is due to partially digested blood by hydrochloric acid of stomach juice. Beer/alcohol is known to cause such bleeding especially when you consume it empty stomach or along with non-steroidal pain killer medicine or smoking
Advise
1.     Avoid beer/smoking/spicy food/non-steroidal pain killer
2.     Immediately go to hospital if your condition worsens. You might need intravenous fluid/blood transfusion
3.     Omerprazole 20 mg once daily empty stomach for 15 days. Intravenous form may be needed depending upon your condition
4.     Investigations – Hb%, SGPT/SGOT, serum bilirubin, upper GI endoscopy
Good luck!!
