What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge And Cramps While On Contraceptive Pill?
I started taking prevention pills(yazz) on the 30thApril n i was suppost to get my perionds on the 25May, instate i had light pink discharge with cramps for a week but i got periods on the 30th with more painful cramps.now am suppost to get them on 30 but in the meantime am having dark brown discharge with cramps n its been 3days now.I want to know what cause this?

It’s quite common with birth control pills and will settle by itself. If symptoms persist, better to consult a gynaecologist and get a vaginal swab done to rule out infections.
