What Causes Crust In Eyes When Using Contact Lenses At Nights?
I wear contact lenses which are designed for overnight wear. When I wake up in the morning, I have a lot of "crust" in my eyes. When I take the lenses out at night, the "crustiness" is not there in the morning. I don't think I have pink eyes. What else can be the cause?
The presence of crust in the eyes indicate presence of low grade infection and you should avoide the use of contact lenses and you require to use antibiotic eye drops.
Thank you
