What Causes Cramps, Tenderness Of Breasts And Thick White Vaginal Discharge?

I am 18 years old so I figure my period isn t completely regular yet.. I have been 4, 6, and even 8 days late before. I am now a week late and starting to panic. My boyfriend and I use a acondom EVERY time and he STILL pulls out EVERY time and we try not to do it when I think I m ovulating. I have had slight cramps on and off for a week, my breasts have not swollen at all nor have the been tender. The past two days I have had a thick, white discharge which I usually get before my period, but I also usually bloat and my breats swell and become tender. I have lower bacl pain (which I usually get before my period). My sleep schedule has completely changed: I went from waking up at 7 am and going to bed at midnight, and now I m going to sleep at 4 am and waking up between 1 and 3 pm. I m probably stressing out too much and making it more late... But who knows. Please help!

Hello,
Panic can delay a period and you are right in saying so. You do not seem to have any of the symptoms of pregnancy and in the manner in which you have intercourse, you are mostly safe from conception. Also, the fact that your menstrual cycles occur in a range goes in favor. So, please wait for a few more days and if you still do not see a period, see a specialist for further help. You would then need to get a pregnancy test done and this may be followed by a sonogram to help plan further management. Hope this helps.
