Hello doctor,My periods HD gt extended for 5days BT yesterday brownspoting occurred during night I HD sevear stomach ache n cramps HD vomiting also severe cold morning I checkd with prega news it was negative still pinkish sporting is there n pain too

Hello,

The brown spotting with stomach cramps and lower abdomen discomfort indicates possible vaginal or cervical infection leading to pelvic inflammatory condition. There can be neisseria or chlamydia as usual causative organism for the same. One requires vaginal or cervical swab examination with KOH preparation or staining for the microbiological diagnosis and guidelines ahead.
