My dear friend,

I have gone through your history.

The discrepancy in the size cannot be attributed to the missing of the ante natal care. It might cause a small baby, not the large baby. The large baby needs to be investigated. Due Diabetes during pregnancy the baby may be large. Please get yourself checked up for diabetes by getting your urine and blood sugar examined. Only urine examination during pregnancy may mislead, Blood Sugar Level is reliable.

Weakness and cramping also may be attributed to the diabetes or anaemia. However, anaemia cannot lead to large baby.

You need not worry about the Braxton Hick's contractions as they are physiological. They are always painless. If the uterine contractions become painful, you will have to report to the Obstetrician.

Currently, concentrate on the investigations for diabetes, please.
