What Causes Coughing, Vomiting And Choking Sensation?
My husband has been coughing and throwing up and says it feels like he is choking. But he isn t r really choking...like something is in his throat. I don t know how to help him. Any suggestions or ideas on what this could be would be greatly appreciated.

This sounds like a GERD--gastric acid reflux problem--and while he can try over the counter Zantac or Prilosec for it he really should see a doctor for an evaluation and upper endoscopy
