General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a cold or flu.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Tylenol.
I also suggest using a mucolytic such as Mucinex.
I recommend to drink liquids and gargle with salty water.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
