What Causes Cough And Intermittent Fever Inspite Of Taking Azithral?
My 2.5 yr old kid is having cough since almost 2 weeks now.He also gets fever upto 99.7° on & off.His doctor has given him Montair lc kid,pulmoclear n P250 if temp 99.3°.His condition didn t improve for 1 week so we consulted one of our relative who is a paediatrician.He prescribed Azithral 200 along with the earlier ones.With this his condition improved in a week though not completely & still he is coughing & gets fever intermittently.Pl advice should we go for some blood test or X ray for Further investigations?

I really appreciate your concern this could be allergic cough but as this is almost two weeks gone so investigation was necessary and blood test and x-ray are the right investigation no further investigation needed till the test reports comes hope this helps take care
