What Causes Continuous Falling Of Tears Affecting Eye Sight And Causing Headaches?

My sister has photographic memory. And once she started crying she can t stop. This happened 12 years ago and we hardly able to stop at that time. And now it starts again because of a bad break up. We checked and she is not depressed or anything. She functions normal in every way. Except she is crying and tears falling down even when she is a sleep. Her eyes are now all red and. It is been more than 3 weeks now and she is fear something would happen to her eyes or eye-sight. She is also saying now she has severe headache and hard to see things. And we contacted few doctors and tried. And now they re thinking, she might has to go into Medically induced coma. We tried to hypnotized her, it didn t work either.
