What Causes Continuous Bleeding After Sex?

I am on depo i hav been letting my boyfriend come in me .....i never had my period while on the shot ....but then i started bleeding 24 days straight some days brown some red on day 25 we had sex even thought i was on it. And he came in me ....period left for 2 days came back heavy .....what do u think it is ..i cant poop and before i feel the blood ooze Out i feel a weird presure and pinch on the right hip...we are both clean of any sti/ std,hiv...17 years old

However, since you have developed the symptoms mid-way, a sonogram of the pelvis is essential. Unidentified pregnancy and a cyst of the ovary have to be excluded. Hope this helps.
