What Causes Constipation With Severe Pain In The Inner Anal Region?

I have pain in the inner anul area and its so severe when I sit on a hard chair. Before this i used to fat a lot and it would come out very heavy. I felt so much relief after the fat. I dont have problems with constipation although I had some years back and now I have a regular bowl movement
