What Causes Constipation And Pain Around Anal Wall?
I have constipation problem from last 20 days. I tried to soap piece and then my toilette was come out . Today i saw that i have severe pain around outer wall of anus. I saw there one red colour wound had occurred. I have severe pain now. please help me

Hello,
I think you have damaged the anal wall when soaping and hard stool. Keep good anal hygiene and apply prep H twice daily.
Take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora, fiber supplement to ease bowel movement, lactulose to soften the stool. If still no improvement, then consult with proctologist and run an anoscopy.
