General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

In infants, it is normal. It is because the baby did not develop total gastric response and gastrointestinal (GI) motility properly.

This would not cause any problem for him. As he grows old, the condition eventually goes away on its own.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
