7 year old, 71lbs, 4'2", normally bubbly, healthy, happy girl has a recent history of constipation. Today she's lethargic, complains of a pain in her side, has a headache, has no appetite, and generally is altered in her personality. Didn't at all get excited when asked if she wants to play with her best friend. Pain in her lower right side above her hip. She doesn't have fever. And even though normally she's a hot-natured child - but today is under a blanket in comfortable temperatures. Yet, in the past two weeks, she has been practicing soccer in 67 degree weather and begin crying about being too hot (she's a tough kid normally). Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
