What Causes Constipation, Gastric Problem And Frequent Urination After Medical Abortion?

i had a med abortion of 5 weeks preg on 20 dec. bleed for a week heavier than period. had a negative preg test after 3 weeks and again after 1 week. got my periods normal after 4 week and 3 days of abortion. but still i hav constipation and gastric problem and frequent urination. can i still be pregnent or are these post abortion comman problems
