What Causes Constipation And Pain Under The Diaphragm?

I had a bad tooth and took exedrine migraine pills to alleviate the pain, on more than one occasion before I went to my doctor and got antibiotics. I am now experiencing constipation and severe pain right below my diaphragm. I am concerned I may have caused myself some harm taking too much over the counter medication, should I be alarmed? Mention which drug you are taken..
Some drugs side effect also constipation.
Consult a physician for further diagnosis.
Mention a intensity and duration of pain with aggravating factor.
Liver problem may lead to right side of pain..
Ultrasonograph can done for further diagnosis.
Physical examination of painful site give exact idea about problems.
Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful in constipation problem.
Detail history and investigation helpful.
