What Causes Constipation And Nausea After A Lap Cholecystectomy?

I am 3 weeks post Lap Chole and was feeling better until recently. I have severe RUQ pain again, constipated ( I gave myself an enema and have been taking stool softners with no relief) and nauseaated, I'm just miserable. I am eating healthy and walking as exercise. Should I go back to the surgeon or to the Gastro provider???
