What Causes Constant Vaginal Pain And Frequent Need To Urinate?

Hi, Im 14 and for about 3 years now, i have had burning sensations in my vaginal area, i am not sexually active. I have been to multiple doctors about this problem, and they think it is a UTI, but no bacteria ever shows up. They say it must be in my head, but i know its not. I have had ultrasounds before and after i urinate, and they found nothing wrong, as though i empty my bladder early, before it's completly full. Most recently a urologist that i went to said it might be because im constipated, i dont think so. I have been researching, and i think it might be Interstitial cystitis. The pain is not all the time, it could be constantly for hours at a time, or dissapear completly for a week, only to come back unexpedidly. I have been given antibiotics, but none ever help. It is really uncomfortable, and i often have to urinate every 1 and a half or so. Please Help
