What Causes Constant Tiredness, Dizziness And Thirstiness?

I am really tired and thirsty all of the time. I am going to the toilet a lot but this is probably because I am drinking more. I can get really dizzy but could be because I am tired. I have had blood tests a couple of weeks ago for thyroid and iron but they were ok. Do you have any suggestions of how I can get back to feeling normal?

Dear patient,

this could be an early sign of diabetes insipidus, which needs to be checked for with special endocrinological testing. Also your blood sugar (glucose) should be tested to rule out diabetes mellitus.
Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
