What Causes Constant Low Grade Fever, Vomiting And Cloudy Eye?

Dear Doctor my brother has had a low grade fever for 5 weeks now head ace flew like syptons been to the doctor two times with antibotics they have no results. on helping him he has lost 20 pounds he has a hard time keeping food down and in the last 3 or 4 days has got very week to his stomic and his left eye is cloudy any ideas. Thank you

cause of fever is to be diagnosed. hemogram and blood for mp is to be done. urinary tract infection is to be ruled out microscopic examination of urine is to be done. need not take antibiotic till final diagnosis. record temperature and take paracetamol tablet as temperature rises. can apply cold water soaked gauge over fore head. after diagnosis proper treatment can be given.
