What Causes Constant Dizziness,loss Of Appetite And Upset Stomach?

I lost my appetite months ago from food. I eat and have a normal weight. Last Saturday, I ate the night before. But, I was very sick and kept running to the bathroom. Before everything was fine. I had abnormal bowel movements but one had a little blood in my stool. I keep feeling dizzy, lost of appetite, sour and upset stomach. I even threw up once. Now, I normally get sick before my period. My cycle haven t started. I need help what is causing me to be sick? Tammy 31

Welcome to HCM. Sorry for your troubles, please note that you may be feeling sick and dizzy from anemia, as you may be losing blood from peptic ulcer disease. I would see your doctor for regular blood work as this will point you in the right direction. Good luck and take care.
