What Causes Congestion In Chest While Smoking?
Hello every time I smoke a cigarette my heart starts racing and I get shaky. I have been to the er 4 times and they say it's panic attacks but my pulse is mostly in the 90. But hear lately it will drop down to 64 and it fills like I can not breath. What does this mean?

yes you are having panic attacks . you need to take SSRI like escitalopram for that. along with it you need to quit smoking as it is triggering your attacks. visit a psychiatrist near by for more help.
