What Causes Cold Sweats,diarrhea And Watery Mouth?

Hi, my mom is having cold sweats associated with diarrhea and constant watery mouth. This is the second time is happened within in one week. She also has virecose veins and an enlarged heart. Can u tell me what may cause this symptoms. Her Bp is 108/70 and a heart rate of 90
