What Causes Cold Sores On Lips With Vaginal Itching?

My wife developed severe cold sores on her lips and had white soars on her tongue and gums. Her glands on her neck swelled. It became so painful to her that swishing Listerine made her scream. Also, she has always complained about itching on and around her virgina. Lately she has been onset with a bad case of diarehha so bad that she has to wear a Depends. What is causing this? Can this be the herpes simplex type 2 from oral sex and vigina sex?

She seems to be in the group that get a sever initial attack, or consequent attack, you will need to get her tested for definitive answers and antivirals like valtex prescribed to curb future outbreaks.
