What Causes Clustered Lumps On The Vulva?

I just noticed 3 purple small lump looking nailhead size circles clustered together on my vulva and I m terrified it s an std. I have been with the same man for almost 2 years and we have been devoted to each other fully but I was previously married to someone else for 4 years and during that time he was unfaithful. Is it an std, cancer, or something else?

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Clustered lumps on the labia can be due to lichen planus or blood blisters due to some injury.
STDs are unlikely, as the lesions are not solitary and clustered, rather these are widespread.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
