What Causes Cloudy Urine?

My son is three and I have noticed that intermitantly he has extremely cloudy urine. If he wees in a clear pot afer a few minutes a white layer of sediment will form at the bottomof the pot and the urine become clear. I have noticed that the head of his penis sometimes balloons when he starts to have a wee and that it is the first bit of wee that appears to be white/cloudy in colour. He had a urine test which showed positive for protein last week but the previous time this occured the urine test came back negative. could it just be smegma in his urine?

Ya smegma can be their but it will not present with cloudy urination,it can infection or proteinuria,
Routine urine examination, and culture sensitivity needs to be done.

Visit a urologist and get your symptoms evaluated.
