I have cloudy urine, sores in my vaginal area, and I feel constipated even after 2 bowel movements in the AM

It is due to urinary tract infection secondary to the infection at your genital tract. As of now go for a urine routine examiyamdnurime culture to look for any possible infection. As of now drink plenty of water and cranberry juices can help to cleanse your urine. If symptoms persist, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
