What Causes Clotting Of Blood While Urinating?

Started today, woke up and urinited. Towards the end of the stream I felt this extremely uncomfortable sensation, like a tingle, which spread from my vagina into my lower gut. When I wiped there was clotted blood. I finished my period about 5 days ago. I've gone to the bathroom three times since and it's been the same thing. The blood wasn't as clotted but there was blood in the toilet.

Like a moron, I had unprotected sex 3 days ago. It was the first time I had been with the guy. I am living in China right now and the language barrier makes it hard to see a doctor. I plan on it, but I need to arrange a time when I can have a Mandarian speaking friend accompany me. In the mean time I consult this. Thank-you for your help
