Hi,
Welcome to the Healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
This could be due to eustachian tube dysfunction. This is a tiny tube which connects the inside ear with back of nose. This ventilates and drains the ear.
I recommend the following.
1) An audiometry and tympanometry to confirm.
2) Oral decongestant like levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
3) An exercise: Blowing the air into mouth, keeping the mouth closed and nose closed by pinching between thumb and index.
You can hear a pop up sound indicating eustachian tube opening. Then release the nose and open the mouth. Repeat this 5 to 6 times a day for 7 days.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help you.

Wish you a speedy recovery and good health.

Regards,
Dr Paparaja S MBBS MS
