General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It may be due to ovarian cyst, not due to endometriosis. Kindly do ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after gynecologist consultation. Chronic pain during menstruation may be due to uterine contractions.

Do you have history of white discharge, fever? Kindly follow up with detailed history.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
