What Causes Chronic Fatigue?

Hi I suffer from chronic fatigue every day, no matter what time I go to bed, I m very exhausted when I get up I need a cup of coffee to start my day. I crave sugar, all day and when I eat anything, It makes be very tired and sleepy. Only have part of my day somewhat alert. HELP!

may be you are withchronic fatigue syndrome and its causes have a long list,the most important is overweight and nocturnal sleep apnoea syndrome with snoring means less more REM/rapid eye moovement sleep.
