What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Blood In Stool?

Hello I have a few things im concerned about if you have blood in your stool and sometimes fatigue weakness, how would you know if its coming from the blood in stool do I need to seek medical attention? ive been having diarrhea for about six days now and not able to eat due to abdominal pain do I need to see a doctor about this? sometimes when I swallow it goes down slow and feels like its still stuck there not all the time but sometimes is there something wrong with my digestive system im only 22 im very young and scared because im already having health issues ive asked the doctor about the blood in my stool they say its normal but the filling like im going to faint and weakness is not so something is going on could t be serious or minor like they say

There are may causes of blood in stool and diagnosis depends on the amount, color and by doing same investigation.
