What Causes Chronic Diarrhea While Suffering From A Heart Disease?
I am a cardiac patient with its w/diarrhea...I have coded twice in 2009 & it took out the electrical system in my heart I had to get an emergency ICD in July of that year...in August 2016 my ICD fractured and failed resulting in emergency surgery at Cedars Sinai....I have lost 100 pounds in the last year,NEVER get hungry,can t gag food down(except whipped Greek yogurt & Boost) I m Italian have always loved food now I can t stand it.....my Doctors can t figure it out & it s just getting worse and worse.Please help me and thank you very much,Sharon Virzi

Hi,
Chronic diarrhea can occur due to medicine you are taking from heart disease. I would advise you to increase fiber in your diet.
Also do stool culture test.
