What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pains With Diarrhea?

Hello. I have had sharp stomach pains for four days now. I have had the runs every day for the past four days. Everytime I eat, it happens afterwards. I went 9 times in one day. I am hungry and I am eatting but it is coming right out shortly after. I noticed it with carrots and corn I had earlier.

Hello and Welcome to Healthcare magic forum!

The Symptoms given by you are suggestive of IBS or Irritable bowel syndrome or the other possibilty of having Chron's Disease, I would suggest you to undergo blood tests like CBC(complete blood count), ESR(erythrocyte sedimentation rate), CRP(C- reactive Protien) , these suggest signs of inflammation in the body though they are not direct indicators of Chron's Disease.
Also if you visit your Doctor he may suggest you to undergo Colonoscopy which will give a confirmed diagnosis.
a person with Crohn's disease may suffer from anemia and have low levels of vitamin B12, folic acid, or iron.
these foods aggravate the symptoms of the disease

alcohol
butter, mayonnaise, margarine, oils
carbonated beverages
coffee, tea, chocolate
corn husks
dairy products (if lactose intolerant)
fatty foods (fried foods)
foods high in fiber
gas-producing foods (lentils, beans, legumes, cabbage, broccoli, onions)
nuts and seeds (peanut butter, other nut butters)
raw fruits
raw vegetables
red meat and pork
spicy foods
whole grains and bran
Foods that can be easy on your digestion are
